Refund Policy

The Equiery and horsetrader.com make every effort to ensure your ad appears exactly as intended. However, we are not responsible for errors or misinformation resulting from an advertiser's data entry. If you become aware of an error or other inaccuracy that was entered by our staff, your concern will be investigated promptly and you may be issued a refund or credit, either partial or in full, based on the outcome of what is learned. Publisher's liability is limited to the first scheduled ad only, so it is important to report any errors immediately. Refunds or credits are typically applied within 7 business days.

The Equiery and horsetrader.com is an advertising service, and cannot be held liable for any disputes between buyer and seller, including fraudulent transactions. Buyers and sellers should exercise good judgment and common sense when dealing with a private party or business unrelated to the services of The Equiery or horsetrader.com. Due to the large number of ads submitted, it is impossible for us to know the integrity of the person/persons placing the ad. The publisher reserves the right to refuse any advertising for any reason.
